The description of TAMOGEN - Play With New Friends
TAMOGEN, acronym of Tone Altering Mosaic Generator, is an application that can convert any image into a mosaic formed by the same picture or other one.
It doesn't offer a GUI, so you will have to answer some questions to create the mosaic.
Copy the picture you want to transform in the folder of the program, then run TAMOGEN. You'll be asked to enter the name of the file you want to convert, enter it. The next step will be to choose if it will use the same picture or other one to create the mosaic, then the number of rows and columns, width and high, output filename and the color.
Once you'll have asked all the questions, TAMOGEN will give you the result as a PNG file.
