StarSQL is a set of software drivers that provide fast, direct access to IBM's DB2 relational databases from any Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) or Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) compliant application. StarSQL includes drivers for Windows 2000 and XP, Windows Server 2003, Linux, Solaris, AIX, FreeBSD and HP-UX. The license fee for StarSQL includes two concurrent DB2 connections and one year of product maintenance and support. You can deploy the StarSQL drivers throughout your enterprise.
