SmartAssistant appears to be not only very well designed but also rich in features. It contains all the tools needed to help you organize efficiently all your office activities: notes section with the possibility of choosing fonts' properties and color, contacts, Web contacts, calendar & clock, task organizer, etc. The tasks can be viewed as a folder tree, with the possibility of adding or removing categories or subcategories. A "Search" function is integrated for quickly finding and accessing your contacts or tasks. The program also includes shortcuts to Calculator, Notepad, and a shortcut to a HTML file containing country codes. Another worthy feature of the program is the fact that before exit, a backup of the database will be created in order to prevent data damage or loss. Pluses: When adding a new contact, you can also add a picture of that person. Another plus is the "Desktop section" where you can drag-and -drop icons for a quick access to your favorite programs.
