Basically, San Andreas Radio lets you take the in-game radio—and essentially, the game’s nostalgia—with you. You’ll need the game itself to be able to use this utility program, but it’s pretty easy to use once you boot it up. GTA: SA uses a new technique for its in-game radio stations, wherein it splits each station into about 150 audio clips that are strung together randomly according to some rules. There are audio clips of station idents, announcements about in-game events (e.g. weather, travel), general chatter, phone-ins, commercials, and songs. San Andreas Radio allows you to easily string all of these together with its user-friendly interface. Just download and install this program, run your copy of GTA: SA on your computer, then run San Andreas Radio. You’ll see a window split into two, which will allow you to move songs the different radio stations around on and off the playlist you’re making.
