Resoor is a tool for programmers that lets you view RES files or import resources from a DLL or an executable file. The resources can be viewed as Text, Multitext, or Data (which may be images or icons, for example).From the application you can edit resources (both images and icons as well as text), which makes it a fantastic tool for translating programs, as it also comes with an integrated translator. The only snag is that you can't edit the files directly, but you can save the modified version as an RSR or RC resource file or an INI file, or generate a code file in C++ or Pascal.Afterwards you'll just need to contact the developer so they can insert your modifications into the original application.
