When minimized, it will run in the background and can be brought to front using the F11 shortcut key. Using the program is very easy and effective. All you need to do is type in the name or a part of the program name. The program will search the indexed shortcuts and will display on top of the list the shortcuts containing the text you've entered. I must say it works like a charm. I have a total of 586 shortcuts on my desktop and in the Start Menu and every time I want to run the software it only takes seconds before I find it.
