Simple Video Controller for Language LearningParrot is a simple video controller designed to enhance the language learning experience on WatchaPlay. This Chrome add-on, developed by bjkim.dev, is inspired by the popular language learning tool LLN used on Netflix.Parrot provides a set of convenient keyboard commands to control video playback and improve language comprehension. With this add-on, users can easily adjust the playback rate, decrease or increase the speed of the video, and set start and end points for section repetition. Additionally, Parrot allows users to start and stop cue repetition, show or hide other language transcripts, and toggle the sidebar visibility.Currently, Parrot is only supported on the WatchaPlay platform. It offers a user-friendly interface and a seamless integration with the video player, making it a valuable tool for language learners.Please note that the latest release, version, includes a fix that prevents the sidebar from scrolling down when the space key is pressed, as long as the sidebar is not in focus.
