In order to secure your data against damage you need to install the server application on the computer where backups will be stored, while the client application will be installed on all the computers where you have data that needs to be protected. The program uses snapshot technology and compression when creating backups. Setting up the program is quite easy; however, it is advisable to read the program manual prior to the installation. Backups can be created using the Explorer context menu. The data restoration process, however, appears to be a bit more difficult. You will need to read very carefully the user's manual in order to restore the original data. Pluses: You can create archived backups for saving drive space. The restoration process can be protected with a password. Drawbacks / flaws: You can't schedule/automate backups. You need to map a network drive in order to restore backups; this complicates the data restore procedure and requires a lot of user input.
