Scan a form or make a screenshot image of it, load it to Miraplacid Form Designer as a background image, add input fields and push a button to open the form in the Miraplacid Form Viewer. Fill-in the form and print it. You can also save form layout and fill the form again later.The Professional Edition allows you to save data from the form fields to comma delimited (CSV) file, load a CSV file to Miraplacid Form Viewer and bind CSV data columns to form fields. You can navigate through the lines of the CSV file and edit the CSV record data right in the form fields. in the other words, you have three options:Fill the form manually and print it. You can save data to a CSV file if you wishLoad data from CSV file, bind CSV columns to form fields, select line and print the form.
