Meteorite is one of the few solutions available to recover damaged Matroska files. It's a lightweight application that doesn't require any installation, and that allows you to save corrupt MKV files that can't be played. Matroska is a multimedia file format that offers the possibility to contain an unlimited amount of videos, audio, images and subtitle tracks. MKV files have excellent quality while occupying a small amount of space.
