Can You Escape the Maze?Armed with only a crowbar and a marker pen, can you find your way out of a 100,000 square foot maze with no clues or markers to go by? A virtual reality labyrinth awaits.Procedural MysteryThe mazes in Maze Run VR are procedurally generated, meaning that each time a maze is loaded, the layout of that maze is essentially random. So even if you were hoping to somehow keep track of your path through the maze for a second play through, you'll essentially be playing a different maze. The walls are destructible, so you could theoretically just smash your way through the maze (but where's the fun in that) and you're armed with a handy marker pen that you can use to leave yourself clues as to where you've been. And thus, where you should go next. The graphics are of a decent quality for a smaller developer's virtual reality game, though they do become a bit repetitive after some time stuck in the maze. Some variety would be welcome.Good But Needs MoreThe concept is solid, and lends itself well to virtual reality. Unfortunately the game suffers from a serious lack of content. Some variation in graphical elements would be welcome, and more entities in the maze to interact with.
