The Lego Star Wars game is childish fun for people of all agesThe Lego Star Wars game is childish fun for people of all agesLEGO® STAR WARS™: The Force Awakens - Deluxe Edition is based on the Force Awakens movie, and yes, it does feature a massive spoiler for the movie (that thing that happens), so do not play the game unless you have watched the movie first.based on the Force Awakens moviemassive spoilerMulti-builds, light blaster battles and advanced flight sectionsThe game, also available for Android, is free, but there is plenty of in-app purchases, such as packs that make the game impossible to fully complete if you do not purchase them. You get to play as Rey, Finn, Poe Dameron, Han Solo, and BB-8 during the campaign modes, and you may also unlock Kylo Ren and General Hux too.free,in-app purchasesThe game features a platform function, a vehicle function and a flying function. As a platform game, your character can run, jump, engage with objects, hit things with a saber and shoot. When using a vehicle, you are able to steer, drive and shoot. The flight sections are probably the best part of the game, and they allow you to fly around in different ships and shoot others out of the sky. Even with Lego characters models and graphics, the flying sections of the game look and feel great.platform functionvehicle functionflying functionYou are also tasked with building things in order to solve puzzles and such. You may also build things for the sake of it and/or just for fun. You may build things to overcome different problems, to get around the map in a different manner, or to alter your gameplay experience.tasked with building thingssolve puzzlesDrive back the first order with blaster battlesLEGO® STAR WARS™: The Force Awakens game is fun and action packed. There are aerial battles, platform battles, and arena battles. If you want to see all of the content, you have to buy an all-content season pass, which is a shame because the game is rather fun.fun and action packedIt is definitely a kid’s game. The creators have tried to add in a little of the humor that we have seen in the Lego movie (the worldwide success) and the Batman Lego movie. However, the humor is directed at younger kids, such as relying heavily on slapstick and such. Despite the fact that the LEGO Star Wars: TFA game is built and aimed at kids, there are some very pleasing elements for older players. The flying sections are very rewarding, especially if you used to play the old Star Wars PC games in the late 90s.built and aimed at kidsThe game is produced by Warner Bros, and yet it seems to have its share of problems when it comes to bugs. Most of the negative reviews about the game seem to occur after updates when people claim it crashes or that they cannot do something they used to be able to do. Other than the occasional update, there is very little to complain about with this game.bugs.Kid's game, but also fun for grown-upsThey have updated LEGO® STAR WARS™: The Force Awakens a few times, so any bug problems should be a thing of the past. They have also added new content such as levels from episode VI, and you may unlock 15 characters during the course of the game. To reiterate, this is a kid’s game, so adults are going to find it very easy to master and complete.15 charactersHowever, the flight sections are plenty of fun, the game has an innocent charm, and it is a good way to burn a few hours. The only downside is the sneaky way that Warner Bros. have installed to make people play by forcing people to buy packs or season passes in order to play the game in full. Other than that sneaky trick, this game is worth playing and worth trying.forcing people to buy packs or season passes
