InstantWelcome utility allows you to create and automatically send custom Exchange welcome messages to all your new employees when they sign into Outlook for the first time. The welcome message might contain some basic information about Exchange, URL for OWA, how to access OWA from home, links to instructions etc. If your Exchange Mailbox Server has several mailbox stores, you can set up a different welcome message for each store. The application includes a simple HTML editor to create and modify welcome messages.The application is an Exchange store event sink.
