GlideAdmin is a Gliding Club Management Software with the following main features:* Daily launch sheets can be entered, either as a batch or at real time.* Club members are loaded with all relevant information such as: * Address and contact details. * Flight Test/Medical expiry dates as well as badge dates. * Numbers such as Aero club/Radio/Instructor etc.* Gliders are loaded with all relevant information such as Charge per minute/Pax rates and LS1 dates.* Launch costs are setup for each launch type.* Club details complete with logo is setup.* Other equipment like Parachutes are also loaded with last checked date.* At month end, a month-end run create/update pilot account and print Invoices/statements for the month.* Invoices/Statements can also be e-mailed.* Even monthly/annual/ad-hoc fees like SSSA/Hangerage/Security/Social Accounts can be charged automatically to a Pilots account.* Throughout the month any number of reports can be requested like: * Launch sheets. * Pilot Details. * Pilot Name and Address List. * Account Summary. * Glider Details. * Glider Logbook. * Equipment Details. * Income Statement.* All Reports can also be e-mailed.* Alerts will warn you if a Gliders LS1 or a Pilots Flight Test or Medical or Equipment need to be checked.* A pilots flights are automatically kept and can be synchronized with our other product, GlideLog, that is an electronic Glide Logbook.* Notes can be saved against each Pilot/Glider or Equipment.
