Welcome to Frame Metric, it is a tool that measures and records source code metrics. This program was inspired by a desire to know what is inside a body of code as it is developed and evolves over time. Frame Metric is a tool for coders and their supervisors, not for software organization management. It does not address the problems solved by function point analysis for projects in all of their phases from concept through design and coding to final testing. It is intended for use by programmers as they write code, to expose to them information about the code they are creating. Given this information, they have an opportunity to improve the way they work, the tools they use and ultimately the quality of the code they write.It can provide operation level, class level, component level Frame Metric at the same time.Frame Metric is a tool for programmers who work in Windows 9X, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. It can operate on ASCII text files created on other systems but runs only on Windows.Frame Metric is partial free. Operation metrics are free to use, and Class, Component level metric are not free.
