eConsole is a console window for NT (it does now also run under Windows 9x, but some features are simply not available under Windows 9x). It resembles a lot the Eterm program for the X-Windows manager Enlightenment - but it is for Windows NT and Windows 9x.eConsole is designed to run any Windows NT console process in a custom window with its own background image and font selection. eConsole is still the development stage - so use it at your own risk. Many people use eConsole with the LiteStep shell for Windows 9x and Windows NT.
