DXF Import for Solid Edge is an AutoCAD DXF file import add-in for Solid Edge®. It gives Solid Edge the ability to import solid objects from AutoCAD DXF files as solids models in Solid Edge.Solid Edge already has an AutoCAD DXF import feature. However, this import feature creates a 2D drawing in Solid Edge by reading 2d geometric objects such as curves and ignores 3d solids.
