Drop presents the user with just such an interface, allowing them to ditch looking at the internet on their phone and instead behold websites as a giant floating display. Instead of flicking through tabs, you reach out, grab a virtual window and drag it towards you, manipulating it in 3D. You can then interact with its normal function (like a video player’s buttons) exactly as you would IRL, but using VR controllers.Do I need this app?As it is early access, you’re not seeing the finished product yet.
