dataIllustrated allows developers and DBAs to create reports by designing stored procedures from which dataIllustrated interprets the metadata and presents the resultset. Reports are presented in a standard grid and can be exported to a number of file formats. Drilldowns can also be defined in the stored procedure and users can navigate back and forward through their drilldown paths.This is an ideal interim solution while development of a robust reporting solution is still in the works, but users need immediate access to reports.
