CoffeeScript is actually the name of a coding language that tries to expose the “gorgeous heart” of the JavaScript language. The tool will compile the CoffeeScript language into JavaScript that runs in every JavaScript runtime. When you write JavaScript code, there are numerous ways to create the same end result. This tool and this coding language allow you to give it instructions, and then it picks the method by which you reach your end goal.
