You just select the items you want to delete and click the 'clear' button. If you can't find the program you are looking for, check the Extras > Plug-ins menu, where there is a huge range of extra applications. There is also a preview button so you can double check your selection before choosing to clear it all. Some of ClearProg's more interesting extra features are the option to add your own folders to clear, send files to the recycle bin (rather than totally erasing them from your computer) and create an .INI file with your settings.
