You can choose the bit rate and file type (all common audio files are supported), and adjust the volume of the recording if you wish. I had no trouble with Daniusoft Audio Converter Suite; it really is very simple to use. This does mean it's not very rich in functions, for example the only change you can make to audio is volume, when you might at least expect an equalizer. While 3 minutes is long enough for some clips, it generally isn't for songs, and the full version is a little expensive for such a basic program.
