How to Use AirPlay - Screen Mirroring From an iPhoneWhen using the iPhone X, swipe up from the top-right corner of the screen to open the Control Center. Then, select the "AirPlay" tab. If you're on an iPad, you can swipe up from the bottom-right edge of the screen. If you're on an iPhone 8, or if you're running iOS 11, swipe up from the bottom-right corner of any screen. From there, you can choose your Mac from the list of devices. Simply enter the code you're given in the Mac's Control Center, and the screen will appear on the other device. The Apple logo on the Mac will appear at the top right-hand corner, as well, so you can see it. Make sure the Mac is near the iPhone. If you're not already connected, check that it has the latest software updates installed.Next, tap the AirPlay button in the Control Centre and select your device. Once you've chosen your device, you'll be prompted to enter an AirPlay code. To start screen mirroring, select the AirPlay icon on the iPhone's menu bar and click it. Once this is done, you'll be able to see your iPad on a bigger screen. To stop the screen mirroring, simply select the Apple TV in the Control Center and enter your passcode.The following steps show how to start screen mirroring from an iPhone. To use AirPlay on an iPhone, you'll need to install the free application HomeKit. It is compatible with all Apple products. You'll also need a computer with an Apple TV to use the service.
