You can open files in all the major formats including JPG, GIF, PNG and SWF, but note that you can only save them in PNG, JPG, BMP and PDF.The ease of use is the stand-out feature of XeIMG Image Editor but there's no doubt that the features are a bit limited. There are effects to change images to black and white, blur, sharpen, negative and emboss them, and you can preview images as you go along.
