Yo-Kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars is a turn-based RPG that packs in all the charm of the adorable cast of characters from the popular Yo-Kai Watch fandom along with a fun knights-and-swords theme inspired by The Romance of the Three Kingdoms. In fact, this unique RPG was exclusively designed for smartphones and is the creative brainchild fruit of a special collaboration between Koei Tecmo Games and Level-5. Goes without saying, this story unfolds within the same realm as the popular Nintendo 3DS game Yo-Kai Sangokushi, but with a slight twist -- medieval fans will revel. Once again, you're back in action alongside Jibanyan, Whisper and the rest of the Yo-Kai big names on a mission to capture new lands. In order to finish off all of the baddies that pop up, you'll take part in auto-battles worthy of even the finest idle RPGs. The Yo-Kai on your team fight on autopilot, but it's up to you to interact in two different ways: by activating their special attack skills whenever their energy bar is fully charged, and by strategically positioning them to your best advantage. Note: whenever you place Yo-Kai all the way in the back of your line-up, they won't be able to fight. Instead, they'll use their powers to heal other wounded members on your team. There are a ton of new characters to recruit in Yo-Kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars (妖怪三国志 国盗りウォーズ). Access any of them through a gacha system where you earn new Yo-Kai at random. Fleshing out a well-balanced team is crucial to being able to advance in round after round of battling. Keep in mind each Yo-Kai is linked to an element and game combat is entirely based on a pro/con system common to other titles (think Pokémon-type games). Yo-Kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars is an excellent idle RPG where you'll enjoy reuniting with all your favorite Yo-Kai Watch characters dressed up as the iconic heroes of The Romance of the Three Realms. We're looking at a super fun title with very high production values and some very decent visual effects.
