VPN OpenLiner Android is a straightforward tool that offers free virtual private network service at a basic level for Android devices. Its great advantage is that it gives you the option of working with two protocols (VPN or V2Ray), although its functions are very limited.

To use VPN OpenLiner APK services, simply open the app and click the white button on the main screen. Once a secure connection has been established, the button will turn orange and you will be able to surf the Internet with your cell phone with peace of mind.

By default, the app is configured to connect through V2Ray, but with this option you cannot choose the location of the proxy server. When switching to VPN mode, there is the possibility to choose a server, although the alternatives are limited and do not work very well.
