A free app for Android, by Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat.It is a service for users to share their observations with the community of field engineers, foresters, mountain rescue personnel, and other people who are responsible for the safety of the public in the event of an avalanche, flood, landslide, or other natural disaster. Users can share information on where they have seen signs of disaster, or how the disaster happened. It is a service for the public to send warnings to other people who might be at risk of being trapped or caught in the path of a disaster. The service is also used by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute to provide the public with information on flood and flood warnings, as well as information on how to protect the body and the brain in the event of a flood.
