Telegram is one of the best chat and instant messaging applications that we could possibly download for Android, being one of the most solid alternatives to the all-pervading WhatsApp. But despite coming along with interesting functions, some users still think it deserves more and that's why we can make use of MODs of the likes of Telegram blu.
