Strength workouts are essential to being strong, but also to muscle toning and losing weight. This app offers us customizable routines and a system of notes for recording our progress without having to take pen and paper to the gym.

Downloading the APK file of Strong turns our smartphone into a virtual personal trainer specializing in strength workouts. Among other things, here we will find:
Customizable workout routines.
Supersets and grouped exercises.
A tool for adding notes to your workouts.
Workout history.
Personal profile and progress tracking.
Hundreds of exercises with animations, instructions, and graphs.
Personal records, including the weights we have lifted and the number of repetitions.
Record workouts without the need for pen and paper.
Optimized for progressive barbell routines such as Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5, but is easily adaptable to any other routine of your choosing!
In addition, this workout app supports Google Fit and allows us to export data in CSV format. It also features a warm-up calculator to let us know how much weight to warm up with, along with several color themes.
