Lack of sleep can lead to serious problems and ramifications in our daily lives. If you would like to regulate your sleep cycle and your sleeping hours, Sleeptic offers a simple solution with a very cool interface. However, if you don't buy the premium version there are so many ads that they will probably just send you off to sleep anyway.
The perfect app for having a smart alarm and sleep monitoring.
Monitor your sleep thoroughly
This application boasts several tools which will help you sleep better, like a customized alarm and options for monitoring your sleep cycle. The alarms offered are highly effective because you can choose the days of the week that you want them to go off, the length of alarm, reminders, tones and volume. In addition, you can set several alarm times and choose games that you will have to try out for the alarm to turn off so that you don't oversleep. Each game has three difficulty levels and you can choose from:
Choosing emojis.
Math problems.
Puzzles.
Shaking the handset.
Memory game.
Meanwhile, if you sleep with your Android device close to you, this application will be able to monitor your sleep cycles with graphs and statistics. How long do you want to sleep? Choose your target and select the time for getting up every day. This way, the tool will analyze your sleep using different modalities: weather conditions, efficiency, deficits and quality. And it will even record your snoring.
It is also supported by Google Fit and offers you a selection of relaxing sounds to help you sleep. However, if you want to use this feature you will have to flash some cash.
