Shouter is an app to play all your Android notifications aloud. This means instead of simply looking at the notifications on your status bar you can also HEAR them. In the setup options you can choose exactly which apps you want to hear notifications for.When receiving a phone call, you can hear the name of the person calling you in addition to seeing the notification that you're receiving a call. (This is only possible if you have that person's number in your contact list, of course.) Something similar occurs with text messages: if you get a message from someone you know you can listen to it.Another interesting option from Shouter lets you activate 'silent hours' during which the app won't make any sounds. There's also an option to shake your Android to set the app to silent, and you can even choose from different types of voices in various different languages.Shouter is an app that could be really interesting in certain instances. Thanks to this tool you won't have to look at your screen every time you get a notification ... although it can certainly be annoying if the volume is all the way up.
