Many people dream of buying several houses and living comfortably off the money the rents bring in. But is living off the rent as idyllic as it seems?
How to live off rent… in the virtual world
Rent Please! is an upbeat landlord simulator in 2D in which we will become the owner of an apartment building. The objective is to manage earnings strategically to increase profits, attract more tenants, and make them happy.
The gameplay is straightforward, but to build a warm community we will need to invest a lot of money. At first, we will start with a couple of very modest apartments that we will have to gradually upgrade with different facilities. The better the apartments, the more rent the tenants will pay.
You are a wealthy landlord who owns the whole community. Everything is under YOUR control.
However, if we want to be good landlords, we will have to pay attention to the needs and tastes of our tenants. Many won’t want to live in our community if we don’t offer certain services, both in the apartments and in the community at large.
In addition, the download of the APK file also allows us to unlock different rooms, design a private house, explore two different maps, and get to know our tenants’ stories. And all this with the help of a brazen landlady who doesn’t mince her words.
