With the help of this app, the public will be able to view the details of a specific complaint and know the status of that complaint. The FIR (First Information Report) will be registered if the complaint is found to be of a cognizable nature.Apart from the above, the app is also capable of storing the basic details of the person, such as name, age, address, and contact number.
