Difficulty in sleeping well can become a major health problem. Pzizz is an application that aims to help the user fall asleep as well as to improve his concentration through what is known as sleep landscapes".
Relax and concentrate with sound
This application offers the user the emission of different relaxing sounds that are intended to make the brain relax and distract it from its thoughts and concerns to focus on both the reconciliation of sleep and concentration to perform a task. To this end, it offers a wide range of sounds that can go from environmental sounds to melodies to voiceovers.
The app offers three options: sleep, nap and concentration. Each of them allows us to set a clock with the time we want to wake up or stop doing the task that requires our concentration. Once the desired configuration has been established, we can move on to a gallery of those dream landscapes that we can download and use to sleep or focus on what we want to do.
Its operation is based on clinical research that points to the use of these techniques as an effective method of relaxation for the brain.
