Planet Life is an incremental game where you take on the role of a newly created planet in the universe. Starting out you'll be alone in the middle of nowhere, but if you explore a bit it won't take you long to find a friend or two, letting you prosper within the vast cosmos.The game system in Planet Life is very simple. Starting out in the game you'll meet a robot that lets you fell trees at a rate of one per second. With the wood you cut you can buy axes and cut even more wood per second. Plus in place of the wood you can tell the robot to mine gold. This takes a bit longer, but lets you do other kinds of upgrades. Making your planet prosper and evolve with the help of a robot is only one part of Planet Life, however. The other part involves Derek, a bull-deity, and a mysterious dungeon dug into your own surface. You can send Derek to explore this dungeon, picking which doors to follow further and further inside. You can get different rewards depending on the decisions you make ... or discover new info about the universe.Planet Life is a bonkers incremental game with a very entertaining premise and an enormous amount of content. Plus the game's visual style has lots of charm, reminiscent of what you can see in graphic adventures from the mid-90s.
