Grab your snowboard, traverse frozen mountains, and fly down insane slopes in the 3D snowboarding game Peak Rider. Along the way, you can choose from all kinds of characters and boards.Peak Rider's controls work very well on touchscreen devices. Simply swipe your thumb across the left side of the screen to move the snowboard, and tap on the right side of the screen to speed up. Not only that but if you tap on the right of the screen while in midair, you can do awesome tricks! That being said, you can also switch to accelerometer control from the options menu. Another great feature of Peak Rider is, unlike similar games, there are loads of different challenges. To beat a level, you might have to cross all the checkpoints, win a certain amount of points, win a race, or even just snowboard as long as you can without falling. There's certainly plenty of variety!Peak Rider is an excellent snowboarding game, with controls that work great on touchscreen devices, loads of characters, boards, and circuits, and as if that weren't enough, fantastic graphics. It's an outstanding title, that anyone who loved the epic Cool Boarders series will especially enjoy.
