NyxQuest is a 2D platformer where you play Nyx, whom you have to accompany on an epic adventure through old Greece in search of his friend Icarus. This is a very faithful port of the original game that came out in 2009 for Wii and a year later for Windows and Mac.The controls have been perfectly adapted to touch devices. On the left side of the screen are your arrow keys to move Nyx from left to right, while on the right is your jump button. To interact with some elements of the setting, you just have to tap and drag them. Like this you can move all sorts of blocks and columns.The game is divided into a series of levels where your aim consists simply of making it to the end. But clearly to do that you've got to beat all sorts of obstacles running the gamut from scorching sands that can burn you up to flying enemies that try to attack you. Plus you've got to solve different kinds of puzzles using the power of Zeus, which lets you move objects around the level.NyxQuest is a simple, cute, and fun platformer. A title that managed to stand out when it first went on sale in 2009 and that does it again with this excellent adaptation for Android devices.
