Magicabin is a casual game that might remind you of farm management games like Let's Farm or Farmville, except that this time, your farmer is actually a witch, and the harvests are materials to make potions or to get magic to restore her castle. Your character will wake up on an island, with no idea how she got there or where she is. Gradually, she'll discover that she's on a magical island and that in order to live there, she needs to restore the old castle. The other inhabitants on the island will require your magical knowledge, so you'll also have to complete orders for potions to get extra money and resources for building your place on the island. As previously mentioned, Magicabin's mechanics are those of farm games. So, you'll start by harvesting mint (instead of wheat) and sowing new seeds in the garden. You'll also have to do things like harvest mana stones, restore your cauldron, run a potion shop, and complete noticeboard requests for rewards.Magicabin is a fun twist on a fairly well-explored genre, which, in addition to the premise's originality, has well-made beautiful graphics, and a surprising narrative aspect to it.
