Landlord Tycoon is a very curious application that uses local businesses as the basis for its game system. In other words, it's a business simulator with a realistic environment that uses nearby businesses. Maybe this is why its interface is not that of a typical a game, but it offers a more serious design, as if we were investing in real life... if we had the money.

In this game, a business simulator is mixed with augmented reality, where you can buy, sell and exchange real estate and companies which are just around the corner in your neighborhood. To do this, you must invest your money and your earnings wisely, trading with businesses that you know very well, such as your own office or the supermarket in your street. Every time someone registers a visit to your company through Foursquare or Facebook, you will earn digital money that you can invest in new actions or use to negotiate with other players.
Every penny counts in this game. In addition, as you play you will acquire some knowledge about finance and economics that will be very useful in real life.
