Instagram has become one of the most popular social networks all over the world with plenty of image-based content, whether videos or pictures. The official app doesn't come along with a native function to download content but we can do so thanks to MODs of the likes of InstaXtreme.
The app to download photos and videos from Instagram
This app is a modified Instagram client that enables the download of photos and videos to our device. In other words, we can visit any profile and download to our smartphone the photos or videos shared by that person. For such purpose, it comes along with a button that we simply have to press to start the download to the folder specified in the app's settings. We can also download by batches or, in other words, several photos and videos at once.
However, for the time being, it doesn't work with IGTV, therefore, if you want to download videos from Instagram's streaming platform, you'll have to look for another MOD. In any case, it's still a great option to save all those pics you find on the social network that you like so much or that you want to share on other channels.
