Starting to work out and staying motivated can be challenging. However, everything is a little easier if you have the right tools. This app offers thousands of exercises explained, diets, and training routines adjusted to our level, desires, and goals.

Fitness Buddy is a sports app with lots of exercises to train at home, at the gym, or wherever you want. Download the APK file and enter your physical features and goals: getting in shape, losing weight, gaining muscle mass, you name it!
The system uses this information to offer a personalized workout plan. Then it's time to start training. In this app, you will find thousands of exercises and lots of routines you can do with and without equipment. Moreover, each exercise is explained with instructions and animations so that you can develop a good technique and avoid injuries.
There are over 300 exercises with detailed descriptions, animations, and a variety of workouts.
You can also filter exercises by equipment, body part to train, and difficulty. Once you get started, the app will record every exercise you do. You can add lots of details, including the weight you have used, repetitions, notes, and even photos.
This platform also includes progress tracking and diets that will help you improve your health and complement your training. The downside is that you will need to switch to premium mode if you want to access recipes and most training routines. But that's okay because the application itself reminds you to switch to the paid mode.
