Dream Home Design & Makeover is an entertaining puzzle game featuring a team of interior designers who have been assigned a luxurious remodeling project where price is no object.
As in most games in this genre, in order to get enough money for furniture, floors, paint, and decorations, you have to solve Blast-style puzzles, which are a little different from match-3 games in that you don't have to combine three or more pieces. With just two, you'll have enough to make them disappear. That said, the more pieces you remove in a single move, the more points you'll earn in the end. And if you manage to eliminate many pieces of the same color at the same time, you'll generate special pieces with which you can make entire rows disappear with powerful explosions.
On each level, you have to clear a certain number of pieces in a limited number of moves. When you solve a puzzle, you'll be rewarded with money that you can then invest in decorating the house to your clients' liking. As you go, new objects will be unlocked that you can add to rooms or modify and improve. You'll start with floors and walls, but by the end, you'll have taken care of every last detail, including towels, candles, artwork, and more.
Dream Home Design & Makeover has three options for each new decorative element. This way, you can create more or less unique combinations to customize the house with your personal style. Of course, all the objects in the house will look expensive and luxurious, just how the apartment owners wanted.
