Dread Rune is a fun combination of hack & slash and roguelike games in 3D, where players must make their way through a procedurally generated dungeon while fighting a ton of monsters and dodging the occasional trap. Your goal is to descend to the very last level of the dungeon and defeat the evil boss that awaits you.The controls in Dread Rune are perfectly adapted to touchscreens. You can move your character with your left thumb, while using your right to carry out the other actions. Pressing anywhere on the right side of the screen lets you attack, while the other buttons let you dodge, block, access your inventory or use special abilities.All the dungeons that you go through in Dread Rune are procedurally generated, meaning different layouts, monsters and traps each time you play. This way, you'll never go through the same dungeon twice. The same thing happens with the weapons and equipment you find. It's possible to play through an entire dungeon armed exclusively with swords and spears, while you may only encounter fireballs and other spells during anothe game.Dread Rune is a very fun hack & slash game whose certain roguelike elements (such as the permanent death of your character) makes each time you play very exciting. The game's graphics are also very good, with beautiful low poly models and a wonderful lighting system.
