To deploy your troops, just draw lines in the box on your side of the battlefield. That being said, it's important to keep an eye on the percentage of remaining soldiers so you can deploy them effectively.As the battle progresses and fewer soldiers are left on the board, the camera zooms in so you can see the conclusion of the battle up close.
