This app offers a convenient solution to avoid in-person visits to RENIEC offices, saving time and effort.Users can perform procedures such as renewal of expired DNI/DNIe, update of DNIe photographs, duplicate and change of address, and digital registration of birth. The app allows users to take a photograph of themselves using their mobile device, which is then used for facial recognition verification of their identity.The app is easy to use and user-friendly. However, it requires a mobile device with a RAM memory of more than 3 GB to operate smoothly. After taking the photograph and completing the procedure on the app, users must finish their process on the RENIEC web portal. The procedure will be approved or rejected by RENIEC, subject to verification of the photograph.
