The mechanics of DIY Fashion Star consists in fulfilling the different missions that our clients propose. Most of them consist in creating clothes following a series of instructions. A style, a color, a design. For that purpose, there are a lot of tools, such as reconfiguration and renovation of already made pieces of clothing, and the possibility of adding prints or different decorations to the clothes.
We can also make up our clients using our imagination and creativity. What's more, you can also add the hair salon section if you buy one of the game's expansions.

Pose with your model
Another option offered by this title is the possibility of posing with our creations and take photos to upload them to the game's internal social networks. It's just a simulation, but each time you create something, you will receive feedback from the community. Likewise, we can upload our photos to a kind of Instagram, and decorate the picture with filters and other photos.
When you upload these selfies, you will match up other designers in fashion contests. Vote your favorite photos and watch as you escalate positions in the ranking. The disadvantage is that this game is full of ads. We have to watch an ad for almost every action we carry out, and we can only eliminate them if we go through the checkout counter.
