Daily IPTV m3u is an application developed by Daily 4PTV that owns various different apps for watching TV on an Android device. Through the app you can download M3U lists categorized according to several criteria: sports channels, movie channels, foreign channels...
To do this, simply go to the section that offers M3U lists and download the ones you want. These are downloaded to the device like any other file and then you just have to use them in the application that supports the format and lets them be added.
Without a doubt, this is a useful tool to go with your favorite free TV application on Android...as long as it lets you add lists, of course.
