Speedometer is an app that, true to its name, lets you calculate the speed at which your Android device is moving. And that's it. That is the sole purpose of this app: to tell you the speed at which you're moving (with the device on you) as accurately as possible. Speedometer's main tab will display four numeric values; in large is your current speed which, if you are stationary when you start using the app, will be zero kilometers per hour. And below this number are three other values: average speed, distance traveled, and maximum speed. All these values reset each time the app is stopped. In the app's options menu, you can change the displayed speed unit between kilometers per hour and miles per hour. Besides this, the only additional option in the settings menu is the one to remove ads from the app. Activating this option, however, has a monetary cost. Download Speedometer to accurately calculate your travel speed, whether by bike, car, train or boat. Due to the high speeds of airplanes, the app may not work properly when you're in the air.
