The description of Chinese Chess - Play With New Friends
Chinese Chess is an Android adaptation of Xiangqi or Chinese chess, one of the most popular strategy board games in China.
Just like the Western version of chess, each piece in Chinese Chess symbolically represents a part of the army. Your goal is to capture the enemy general before your opponent can do the same to yours. In this game, the pieces of the army are the elephant, the general, the officer, the knight, the tank, the cannon and the soldier. Each piece has a specific movement.
The gameplay in Chinese Chess is as follows: when you start the game, you will see a board with ten horizontal lines and nine vertical ones. The pieces are placed on the intersections between lines. At the end of each board, at the center point, is the fortress with the king in the center. The board is divided in the middle by a river. Of course, the team that checkmates the opponent's king will win the game, and if the opposing team runs out of possible moves (i.e. drowns), they will also win the game.
Chinese Chess is an excellent touchscreen device adaptation of one of the classic Chinese board games. What's more, it has well-developed nice graphics and controls that are perfectly adapted for touchscreens.
