One app to track our sleep, another for what you eat, another for your medications... What if we could track all of that on a single platform? This beautiful app helps us keep complete track of our physical and mental health, as well as our mood and symptoms.
Take back control of your well-being
Bearable is a health and well being app that helps us keep track of all kinds of details in our lives to discover how they affect our health, both physical and mental. In this way, we can get a complete picture and find out what works best for each of us.
The platform, created by doctors, invites us to keep a daily record of our mood, exercise, medications, daily activity, blood pressure... One of its main features is that it is simple and customizable, so we can use it to monitor the aspects we want:
Mood.
Symptoms.
Energy levels.
Self-improvement.
Bowel movements.
Sleeping hours.
Medication and supplements.
Daily food intake.
Appreciation.
In addition, we can also synchronize other details, such as daily steps, weight, blood pressure, heart rate and more. The system uses all this information to provide us with graphs and statistics that help us detect patterns to find out which activities make us happier and which make our symptoms worse.
It allows people to regain control over their well-being by making mood and symptom tracking simple, convenient and accessible to everyone.
And the best part is that, although this app has no medical backing as such, it can be a very useful guide for our next doctor or therapist appointment. Thus, downloading the APK file can provide us with a very handy health diary.
